Menands Government

The Village Government is headed by the Mayor & Board of Trustees.

The Village Board is comprised of five members, chaired by the Mayor, who, among other tasks, pass local laws, adopt the budget, supervise staff, and define the strategic direction of the Village.

In addition to the Mayor & Board, the village is comprised of several departments. More information is available under the Government menu above.
