Infrastructure Workshop

            Minutes of the Infrastructure Workshop held on Thursday, April 29th, 2010 Mayor Thomas G. Coates opened the workshop at 5:35 P.M.

                                                William T. Smith, Jr., Clerk - Treasurer

                        Also attending: Tom Micheli; Joe Kelly, Greg Lanni, Bob Schanz, DPW Foreman Tim Boyd, Eric Johnson from Chazen Engineering.

            The Clerk read the Notice:

            An Infrastructure Workshop for Board Members to be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building of such Village on Thursday, April 29th, 2010 at 5:30 P.M.

            Eric Johnson reviewed the Plans with everyone, several changes were recommended and discussed, Eric will revise the plans and get copies to the Board and Tim Boyd for review, after everything is approved, he will submit the plans to the Albany County Health Department for approval approximately three (3) weeks then the project can be put out to BID.

            The Mayor closed the Workshop at 6:55 P.M.
