Budget Workshop Meeting February 25, 2010

Minutes of the Budget Workshop held on Thursday, February 25th, 2010 Mayor Thomas G. Coates opened the Workshop at 6:30 P.M.

                                    Ronald H. Miller, Trustee

                                                William T. Smith, Jr., Clerk – Treasurer

            The Clerk read the notice:

            A Budget Workshop for Board Members will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building of such Village on Thursday, February 25th, 2010 at 6:30 P.M.

            The Clerk led a discussion concerning which requests from the Department Heads the Board would like to see included in the Preliminary Budget proposal. 

            A motion was made by Trustee Lansing seconded by Trustee Lane to adjourn.
