Public Hearing Special Use Permit February 1, 2010
The Public Hearing of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands, held on February 1st, 2010 for a Special Use Permit Application by the Turkish Cultural Center of Albany was called to order by Mayor Thomas G. Coates at 7:00 P.M.

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Clerk read the notice:
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands will hold a Public Hearing on February 1st, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, 250 Broadway to hear comments on the Special Use Permit Application by the Turkish Cultural Center of Albany for use of 291 Broadway, Menands. Plan documents are available for review at the Village Office between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday – Friday.
Mr. Ali Con of the Turkish Cultural Center of Albany explained the purpose and goals of he Cultural Center also what types of functions would be held at the location if permission is granted. After which the Mayor asked if there were any further questions, hearing none the Mayor closed the public hearing at 7:07 P.M.
