Budget Workshop Meeting January 21, 2010

Minutes of the Budget Workshop held on Thursday, January 21st, 2010 Mayor Thomas G. Coates opened the Workshop at 6:30 P.M.

            PRESENT:      Thomas G. Coates, Mayor

                                    Megan Grenier, Trustee

                                    Timothy A. Lane, Trustee

                                    Mark Lansing, Trustee

                                                William T. Smith, Jr., Clerk – Treasurer

            ABSENT:       Ronald H. Miller, Trustee

            The Clerk read the notice:

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Budget Workshop will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building of such Village on Thursday, January 21st, 2010 at 6:30 P.M.

            The Clerk led a discussion about the 2010 – 2011 upcoming budget and what items the Board needs to think about.

            A motion was made by Trustee Lane seconded by Trustee Grenier to adjourn.
