Board of Commissioners Meeting May 4, 2009
The Board of Fire Commissioners meeting called to order by Commissioner Coates at 6:10 p.m.
A motion by Commissioner Lansing seconded by Commissioner Lane to go into executive session on a personnel matter.

Commissioner Coates voting AYE
At 7:04 p.m. Board of Fire Commissioners meeting temporarily adjourned until after Board of Trustee meeting.
The Board of Fire Commissioners meeting reconvened in the executive session at 7:55 p.m. The Commissioners ended the executive session at 10:05 p.m.
After a discussion Commissioner Grenier moved a motion seconded by Commissioner Miller to approve the Slate of Line Officers presented by the Fire Company.

Commissioner Miller voting AYE
Commissioner Coates voting NAY
Motion passed 3-2
A motion was made by Commissioner Lansing seconded by Commissioner Grenier to adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
