COLONIE SENIOR NEWS

Have you visited the Driver Fitness Center yet?  The primary goal of Colonie Senior Service, Driver Fitness Center, is to empower and educate older adults with information, tools and resources to drive safer, longer and maintain their independence and self-sufficiency.  It is not a driver’s age, which is of concern, but how a driver functions on the road.  Seniors and their families should understand the importance of health and fitness on the ability to be a safe driver.  The Driver Fitness Center is located in the Beltrone Living Center and includes a comprehensive library of information and referral sources to help seniors and their families find solutions to driving challenges.  For information call 459-2857 x 303.
