REQUEST FOR TRANSPORTATION-MENANDS UFSD
All requests for transportation to private or parochial schools which their children will be attending during the 2009-2010 school year must be submitted by residents to the Menands School. Separate request forms must be completed for each child. Written requests for transportation must be made by April 1 of each year. Late submission of applications could jeopardize your child’s right to transportation. If a child’s placement or acceptance at a particular school has not been finalized, return a completed request form in anticipation of attendance. New residents must submit a written request immediately after establishing residence in the district. Application forms are available at the Menands School. All requests must be completed on an annual basis. (Children attending Menands School K-8 need not fill out a request.)
