A Local Law amending Chaper 82 of the Village of Menands Municipal Code Concerning GARBAGE, RUBBISH AND RECYCLING COLLECTION Public Hearing of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands, held on September 19th, 2005 was called to order by Mayor John Bishop at 7:00 PM.

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Clerk read the Notice.
The Mayor asked if there were any questions or comments.
Several residents stated they thought the fines were extreme. The Mayor explained the rational for the fines.
All comments were received and all questions answered.
The Mayor thanked everyone for their comments and concerns.
The Public Hearing was closed at 8:12 PM
