Minutes of a public hearing, held on the 2nd day of March 2005, on the results of the water & sewer infrastructure study the Village had performed in 2003 and 2004. Mayor John Bishop opened the public hearing at 7:05 p.m.

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Clerk read the public notice.
Trustee Schanz gave a brief review of the infrastructure committee, its members and the selection process followed when CT Male was hired.
Mr. Gary Male of CT Male Associated reviewed the water, sanitary sewer & storm sewer results and provided some estimates of the costs its upgrade the systems. Mr. Male answered all questions that were asked.
