The Clerk read the public notice.
NOTICE IS HERE BY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees in the Municipal Building of such Village on May 19th, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. upon the questions of the enactment of the following Local Law in the matter of government of said Village, to wit:
A Local Law of the Village of Menands Amending Section 135-58 relating to Sewer Rents, in relation to the rate thereof, is amended as follows:
Sewer Rents shall be computed semi-annually and the basis therefore shall be as determined by resolution of the Village Board.
The Mayor asked for comments or questions. The mayor led a discussion concerning the need to increase sewer rents. The Mayor asked if there were any further questions or comments regarding the sewer rents.
The Mayor hearing no other questions closed the hearing at 7:02 P.M.
