Minutes of the public hearing on Sewer and Water Rates held on the 29th day of April, 2008 and called to order by Mayor Thomas G. Coates at 6:30 P.M.

The Clerk read the public notice.
Notice is hereby given that the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Sewer and Water Rates to be followed by a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees. The hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday April 29th, 2008 in the Village Municipal Building. Such public hearings are open to the public and accessible to the handicapped.

The Mayor asked for comments or questions. The mayor led a discussion concerning the need to increase rates for water and sewer as had been discussed in prior meetings, so as to have enough of a reserve for the infrastructure work that needs to be done. The Mayor asked if there were any further questions or comments regarding the sewer an water rates.
The Mayor hearing no other questions closed the hearing at 6:39 P.M.
