                        Timothy A. Lane, Trustee
                        Ronald H. Miller, Trustee
                                William T. Smith, Jr. Clerk-Treasurer
                                Stephen Rehfuss, Village Attorney

Also present:  Village residents; William Garvey, Esther Nolan, Robert & Michael Dignum, Scott Lansing, Don Bucher, Paul Cooney, Adam Daniels, Paul Zabinski, Tom Zabinski, Dick Rendert, Joan Lucey, Dawn Primett, Jim Long, Gert Kurtz, Dianne Mc Farland, David Fusco, John Stangle and Tim Boyd.

The Mayor led the Pledge to the Flag.

The Clerk read the Official Notice.

Robert Dignum described the project and the changes that were incorporated since the Preliminary Plan was submitted, and asked if there were any comments or questions.

Trustee Lane inquired if Mr. Dignum had checked with the Town as to whether there is another Jones Court in the Town due to 911 concerns; Mr. Dignum will check that out.

John Stangle inquired as to the set backs and whether they conform to the Zoning Law.  After a discussion Attorney Rehfuss stated that the Sub-Division Rules and Regulations permit the Board to waive certain requirements of the Zoning Law as long as they secure substantially the objectives of the standard or requirements.

Resident Esther Nolan inquired about the new trees and requested that they not be planted in front of her windows.

Mr. Dignum noted that the current chain link fence around the property will remain and the section between this property and the Zabinski property will be replaced.

There was a discussion concerning property owners having sheds, after which it was agreed to have the approval of the sheds be the Planning Board and that this should be stated in the Deed restrictions as such.

Mr. Dignum stated that the builder would be Ken Raymond – Keystone Builders.  It was requested that Mr. Dignum supply the Board with pictures of the various models and the types of building materials.

Several residents indicated that the project was going to be an improvement to the area and welcomed it.

The Mayor closed the Public Hearing at 7:39 P.M.
