Mayor and Board of Trustees to Host Semi-Annual Business Breakfast

Mayor Meg Grenier and the Village Board will be hosting a breakfast for members of our business community on Wednesday, May 16, 2012  beginning at 7:15 AM.  This popular event, held in May and October each year, provides a wonderful opportunity for business owners and business representatives to get to know the members of Village Government and to hear directly from the Mayor about the Village priorities for 2012 and beyond.

In addition, attendees will have a chance to describe their businesses and network with each other during the course of the breakfast.

Date:
Wed, 05/16/2012 - 7:15am - 8:30am

Hydrant Flushing Begins

On Tuesday, May 1, 2012, the Water Department will begin the yearly flushing of the water system.  All flushing of hydrants will be conducted between the hours of 7 A.M. and 3 P. M.  Residents might notice discoloration in their water and should be aware this is normal and not harmful.  However, residents are cautioned to check their water before doing laundry.  Simply by letting the faucets run will clear up the discoloration after the flushing is completed each day.
